Rapidshare.com.my ( previously known as Directaccount ( directaccount.net ) ) is a service provided by Impesario Network which mainly focused on selling premium account of internet storage, Rapidshare for Malaysia region.
Impesario Network is a registered company in Malaysia who developed Direct Account web system. We are located in Besut, Terengganu, Malaysia.
We have been online since 30 October 2008 and have more than 1000 customers worldwide. We are currently working hard to expand our business to worldwide in the end of 2009. We are the 3rd Rapidshare Authorized Reseller for Malaysia region and the 1st reseller who provide a complete system for our customers to make top-up and order transactions smooth, systematic and efficient.
We got the idea to create this website when we want to purchase a rapidshare premium account. Our friends do not have credit cards at that time and we think it will be useful if we can provide a service to pay for something that customer want on behalf of them. After a few meetings with our partners, we decided to start this project.
We spent about one month ( September 2008 ) to develop and testing the system. On 30th October 2008, the system is ready to go online and we started to sell Rapidshare and Megaupload premium account with competitive price. We got good feedbacks from our customers and we think it will be great if other people can read our customers feedback also. So, we create a testimonial section on our page. This section will show a random testimonials from our customers.
On June 2009, our sales and memberships have increased rapidly. We think, it is a good time for us to expand our business. We contacted Rapidshare and requested to be their authorized reseller. On 27 July 2009, we have been declared as Rapidshare Authorized Reseller. Since then, we have stopped selling Megaupload premium account and focus our business to Rapidshare only.
On December 2009, we upgraded our system to version 2.3 to solve late order and e-wallet topup processing issues. We also have purchased rapidshare.com.my domain name to rebrand our business and the layout of our website also has been changed to make it much more user friendly.
This is a big success for us. The idea come to a real life and simplify our customers need. Thank you for supporting us.
